I haven’t fired it up yet as I’m building a large enclosure but it arrived in great condition, all the pieces, and the help I received even AFTER placing my order with an insufficient thermostat was great. They messaged me and informed me why the pulse proportional thermostat was the best option and with their help I easily made the switch and received my items shortly after. Overall great product and service and will be ordering many more for my other enclosures I’ll be upgrading!

We have been concerned about the accuracy of the temperature in our small units we have been using. This unit fired up and kept an accurate temperature for over a week before we put Honduran eggs in. Everything is working the way it should. Trays are easy to use. Wheels allow easy movement. Our Wilbanks 380 Incubator has a beautiful look to go with how solid it is. We can't wait to see this clutch of albinos hatch. Thanks Mike for a great product!

Baby gecko was delivered exactly when I had requested. He was in great condition and the package was very nice and humid for him when he arrived.

We had been using domes with CHEs, but wanted to use a rack. These RHPs perform flawlessly and don’t suck the humidity out of the enclosure like the CHEs did making husbandry so much easier. 10/10 highly recommend!
